Chef Vic was awesome! Super knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making the experience great. We tried his sushi-making class, and it did not disappoint. He explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and made sure everyone was having a good time. Even when I totally messed up on my first try, he didn’t make me feel bad—he just guided me through my second roll and made it fun. On top of that, the whole group was super fun and cool, and we ended up making new friends along the way. It was such a great experience and an all-around amazing time. We’re already looking forward to trying his Pad Thai and dumpling-making class next. Highly recommend! -

Making donuts was a unique experience that I shared with my friends and children. Instructions were great and the donuts turned out delicious. It was nice to use industrial kitchen. One of the less ideal conditions included the class being held in a coffee shop. The lighting was poor and the space was not conducive to making donuts. Other than that, it was an excellent experience -

It truly warms my heart to know there are still wonderful people like Francesca in the world. She welcomed us into her home with open arms and made us feel completely comfortable with our setup. We made fettuccine and culurgiones (look them up—they’re amazing!), paired with mushroom cream sauce and arrabbiata. The three hours flew by as we shared stories and talked about food and family—it was such a memorable experience. -

What a wonderful experience this was. Shanna (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly) was fabulous! She was lively, personable, passionate, and sweet. I purchased this class for my wife and I for our anniversary. My wife is very interested in mixology, so this was the perfect surprise for her.
