Diego has over 16 years of experience as the lead instructor at 1-800-BARTEND's famed Kew Garden Queens School. He began his 20 plus year career working the NYC Nightlife scene before moving to the energy rich world of South Beach Miami. His passion for cocktails and nightlife has made him a customer favorite while his students respect and admire his exciting nature and love of teaching his craft. In addition to classroom instruction Diego has taken on many consulting projects with the goal of creating beverage programs that are creative and enjoyable for all types of pallets. His remarkable way of making people feel comfortable while partying has allowed the bar staffs of every location he's been involved with to continue to channel his passion.
