What you'll learn in this health class:

The thought of menopause usually calls to mind an array of unwelcome symptoms — hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings, thinning hair, or sleep disturbances. The list is long and can be disheartening. But menopause can have a positive impact on your life as well. Not all physical changes caused by reduced female hormone levels are negative and many of the emotional and social changes can be energizing.

Find out why in other cultures women have fewer negative symptoms. Become informed about how Chinese medicine has answers to common symptoms during this life transition.

Practice simple techniques you can apply immediately to manage some of the most common menopausal symptoms.

Changing negative thoughts and attitudes can result in a reduction of symptoms. Even in the face of difficult symptoms, changing your outlook helps acknowledge and celebrate the positive benefits of this transitional change.

Receive samples of an essential oil blend and a tea created specifically to relieve menopausal symptoms.
