  • Lovely afternoon in a lovely house in Berkeley. Everything has been tested by Chef Traci, questions are encouraged and you go home with loads of nut cheeses (which are really expensive in the stores) - as well as the recipes and muscle memory of making them yourself. These are very doable recipes that taste great - they are not so complicated that you couldn't make the exact same product again and again at home anytime you wanted to. I really recommend this class.
