  I recently attended a class at NYC Beat Making, and it was a game-changer for my music production journey. From the start, the welcoming and energetic atmosphere set the perfect tone for creativity. My instructor was phenomanal, breaking down complex concepts into engaging lessons that were easy to grasp. I learned key beat making techniques in ableton and it flowed seamlessly, covering everything from basic music theory to advanced music layering. The 1:1 format was especially beneficial with instant feedback. already booked another class and can't wait for it! Highly recommended!

  Great class! covered a lot of my (many) questions in music theory and production. I'm a total beginner, but Yoav the instructor was super helpful and gave me personalized guidance, and made the class a lot of fun.   My teen son and I booked a class to learn how to make beats with the Maschine MK3. Great fun! The instructor explained things well and my son was very engaged in the lesson. We will do this again.

  This class was great! In about 90 minutes I went from never having touched Ableton Live to learning how to load drums and virtual instruments, insert and manipulate a .wav sample, use an Akai MPD218 as a controller, and force a melody to play in a particular scale. I was very pleased with the results of my first beat. I would recommend this class to all. A+++

  Really amazing online class, first time and wasn't sure what to expect, needed to do something different to clear my mind and this was great, creative, lots of fun and professional, I couldn't believe how good it went (or maybe that was just my impression), Yoav was super and I will be back online soon!

  A very informative and super helpful class. In the past year, I started to play around with music software and controllers, and in this class, I feel I learned a lot about mixing and music production in just one session, much more than any other course I've tried before. Also, it helped me set a more clear agenda about how to continue my music education, being mostly self-thought in music. Definitely coming back thank you!

  I’ve bought this class for my boyfriend’s birthday and he made a trance track in 1.5 hours with Yo’av. He is a great teacher and we had a lot of fun. If you are into music and creating your own track or just try the experience, I would totally recommend it. Even in one class he shows you so much and you can actually take the knowledge and continue to work on your track after the course if you have the softwer. Very cool class and very nice teacher!
