Intro to Cheesemaking:Creme Fraiche,Chevre & Burrata
Chef Clémence is a fantastic instructor. She thoroughly explains the science and history behind the making of cheese as we learn to make it. It felt like I was getting a quick college lesson as well as a cooking lesson. We made butter, crème fraîche, ricotta, goat cheese, burrata and mozzarella in pairs and there was plenty to take home! -
The Cheese Whiz
This was a very fun class. Krysten put so much effort in prepping before the class and incorporated expensive ingredients. All of their classes are really good value. I have taken many other cooking classes and those classes put a fraction of effort of hipcooks. I highly recommend Hipcooks and specifically this particular class. -

I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Christina was a great teacher. She encouraged our creativity and made the cheese-making process very simple to understand. We collectively prepared a meal together and it was fantastic. The recipes we used were super easy (and delicious!) and I walked away feeling like I could actually do this easily at home. Plus the end product was so good it made me not want to buy store-bought cheese anymore. -
