Allison Mitch is a physical therapist and healing arts practitioner (yoga, reiki, herbalism), part time professor, and mom – an eclectic professional and personal mix that birthed her own WILD woman through the recognition of the connection and depth with all of life.

Nina Lawrin is a permaculture designer, visual artist, herbalist, and urban forager. She is the owner of loveren collections, an experience dedicated to education and re-connection to nature through everyday wild perennial foods in the Midwest as well as a Co-Founder of The Permaculture Chicago Teaching Institute.
