Cheryl is an energetic, physically fit, and confident cardio dance teacher, who wants to inspire people to reach their fitness goals though her love of dance. Although she is a pharmacist by training, she has trained in dance since the age of 10 and has competed in a multitude of regional and national dance competitions and is SCW Group Exercise Certified. She consistently delivers a high energy, enjoyable, structured, well-planned fitness dance classes.
