Established in 2007, Total Results Training has evolved from a one person, one client trainer working at Bally Total Fitness into a full scale, full service personal training company that now services more than 200 clients. Total Results Training has experienced continued growth over the last three years because of its consistent effort to help people change their lives for the better. 

Total Results Training will continue to provide the same personal services to their clients they always have as they expand into the largest personal fitness company in Chicago.
