Fit-Results is a community-based health and fitness facility located in the South Loop neighborhood. We instruct high intensity interval training designed to meet all fitness levels and personal goals. Home of the unique “Triple 20™” concept, this flagship program consists of cycling, rowing, and functional training (strength training). We mix nonconventional movement – with camaraderie – resistance training and calisthenics. Ages vary from 25 to 65 and everyone goes at their own pace and is encouraged to push your own personal limits for greater results.
We also offer the Bootcamp class, which has more emphasis on strength training but is still a high intensity overall workout, along with one-on-one personal training and small semi 1-on-1 group training.
