Description

Gnocchi may pre-date pasta, but these little knuckle-shaped dumplings still receive pride of place in Italian cuisine, from Nona’s table to the finest ristorante. Learn to prepare a variety of gnocchi paired with seasonal accompaniments for a perfect match of flavors in this hands-on class. Vegetarian-friendly menu!

Potato Gnocchi with Sautéed Summer Squash, Corn, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes and Feta
Roasted Beet-Ricotta Gnocchi with Toasted Almond-Pesto Cream Sauce

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

Refund Policy

All classes have a three (03) day cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps 1 and 2 which have a two-week cancellation policy.
You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation.
If you cancel a class other than Culinary Boot Camps 1 & 2 more than 3 days in advance and have paid with a credit card, you will receive a refund to your card, minus the 15% administrative fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel more than 3 days in advance and have paid with a gift card, you will receive an account credit valid toward future classes, minus the administrative fee.
If you cancel within three days of your class, you will receive an account credit equal to 50% of the class price less 15% administrative fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This credit is valid for one year.
If you are unable to attend, you are also welcome to send a guest in your place.
Culinary Boot Camps 1 & 2 have a 2-week cancellation policy so any cancellations before 2-weeks will receive a refund minus the administrative fee.
No credits will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
