Laura Schadler

Laura grew up in the mountains of Virginia, and began practicing yoga in college. She believes that yoga's transformative power is accessible to everyone. It reminds us that the process of change is constant, and allows us to reside fully in the present moment. When she isn't practicing yoga, Laura writes fiction. She earned her MFA from California College of the Arts, her short stories have been widely published, and she is hard at work on her second novel.

Laura's Vinyasa Flow classes aim to create a sense of spaciousness in the body and mind and are inspired by music, poetry, and silences. She completed her 200 hour training at Laughing Lotus, and continued with 50 hours of Advanced Training in Hands-on and Healing. She is continually inspired by the mysteries and illuminations of yoga, and deeply grateful to all of her teachers.
