Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery

At Seven Stills we have improved on traditional distilling techniques by focusing on the grain mixtures used to create our unique vodkas and whiskeys. To date, we have tested the effects of different grist profiles; creating recipes for all-peat smoked, chocolate-oatmeal smoked stout, hopped two-row, Belgian Dubbel, and a Russian Imperial Stout. All have produced flavor profiles unlike anything currently available to consumers. We look forward to sharing the results our on-going explorations in the near future!
