In this class, you will expand your collection of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan dessert options. Gluten-Free & Vegan Desserts are also great for passover: no flour + no eggs = no leavening.
We will introduce you to recipe formulas for classic gluten-free and vegan desserts that can be adapted to many seasonal fruits and flavor profiles. You will learn techniques and substitutions for replacing gluten, eggs, and dairy with delicious, plant-based alternatives.

Special equipment: a food processor and/or blender is highly recommended for this class.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
