Teaching Table aims to inspire others to cook foods that are better for their bodies, their families and their communities. The table around which Laura grew up inspired curiosity, challenge, and an appreciation for food. At Teaching Table, we believe in sourcing ingredients locally to sustain our earth and community. We believe in making health supportive decisions while honoring that food should taste delicious. We believe in creating positive participant experiences. When you gather around the Teaching Table, you will learn techniques to turn seasonal, locally sourced ingredients into health supportive foods everyone will enjoy. You will ask questions and challenge yourself, and walk away with recipes and tools for your culinary tool belt.

We had a great time in the Pierogi Feast class! Laura made it very interactive and was very patient with any questions that came up! She made it very easy to follow the steps. We really enjoyed the class and the pierogies were delicious!! We will definitely book another class soon.

This class was so creative, informative, and fun! Loved the teacher and I made at least a dozen each of 4 types of dumplings. So many creative ways to present little packets of deliciousness! So glad I signed up for this class!

I really enjoyed the class and thought Laura was exceptional. She had a great pace but also allowed time for q and a’s and welcomed everyone’s comments and suggestions. I have been baking sourdough for a year and learned new tips in the class. Thank you!
