As the price of eggs climbs higher, you may have noticed that many home cooks, including yourself, are instinctively scaling back on their egg usage. But fear not! Discovering how to bake or craft your favorite dishes without eggs is entirely possible. This unique cooking class is dedicated to exploring delicious egg alternatives and will make you substitute savvy!
In this interactive session, you'll learn about a variety of substitutes, such as flaxseed and tofu, and discover how to use each effectively in baking and cooking.
