Chef Laura from Teaching Table will guide you and yours to prepare a delectable multi-course plated menu featuring delightful summer flavors. You’ll learn some advanced culinary skills and we will let you in on some restaurant secrets. We’ll also discuss how and where to source quality ingredients, what to splurge on and what to get on the cheap.

You will receive recipes, prep instructions and a detailed list of what you need 1 week before the class. Some minimal prep required.
No special tools or ingredients required. We teach confident substitutions.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
