Join Love every other Monday for a dose relaxation and peacefulness! Love will guide you through a mix of grounding, releasing, and restoring exercises to physically release stress from your body (nothing too intense). Then we’ll go into deep healing and rebalancing mode as Love guides everyone in a psychically channeled meditation that is different each class. Whilst leading the meditation, Love will walk around delivering gentle and healing Reiki to each participant wrapping you in a cocoon of bliss. You’ll leave the meditation feeling centered, grounded, and in more comfortable in your body.
