Knives are the essential tool of anyone working in the kitchen, and after this class, you'll know the basics -- how to safely handle and store knives, how to choose the right one for you, how to sharpen and maintain your knives, and how to chop, mince, slice and dice like a pro!
Closed Toe shoes are required

Classes are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer into a different class, provided you give us at least 3 business days notice.
We record all classes, so if you do wind up missing a scheduled session, we will be sure to get you the video and recipe.
Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, based on enrollment levels or conflicts that arise for our instructors. If your class is impacted, we will be in touch right away to provide you with a refund or a transfer into a different class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
