An intro to art, art skills, colors and shapes, and art tools for the littlest ARTists. A good pre-class or companion class to our Tiny ARTists class. Students must attend with actively participating adult.
It’s been proven that early exposure to visual art and music promotes activity in the brain. Teaching children about art is a good idea because art helps children understand other school subjects much more clearly. Art nurtures inventiveness as it engages children in a process that aids in the development of self-esteem, self-discipline, cooperation, and self-motivation.
Also, participating in art activities helps children gain the necessary tools for understanding human experience, adapting to and respecting others’ ways of working and thinking, developing creative problem-solving skills, and communicating thoughts and ideas in a variety of ways.
In this class, children will benefit a lot associated with children learning art while they are young and what impact it has on their lives. In the process of doing art, the child is exposed to different possibilities, to discovery and freedom, thereby avoiding falling into the control and the predictability of the conventional education in the United States of today.
For children with caregiver.
