What you'll learn in this french cooking class:

Preparing French food does not need to be complicated! Join us in this hands-on class as we teach you how to make beautiful and elegant food, keeping "less is more" in mind.

Menu:

Mixed Green, Hazelnut and Goat Cheese Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette
Sea Bass en Papillote with Leeks, Zucchini and Herb Compound Butter
Warm French Lentil Salad with Wilted Spinach
Cinnamon-Sugar Palmiers

Skills covered in class:

Making vinaigrette
Balancing flavors
Selecting and baking fish
Determining fish doneness
Preparing compound butter
Working with lentils
Working with puff pastry

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

Refund Policy

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

All virtual class sales are final.
All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
