Join us, and Sandra Swick, premier educator from Bernina, as we LEARN TO MASTER variety of seaming, hemming, & embellishment techniques to give your projects a professional finish.
Sandra has the unique distinction of having sent one of her prize quilts into outer space!
The quilt was signed by more than 100 former students of astronaut & Teacher in Space, Barbara Morgan, and traveled with her to the International Space Station in 2007.
But Sandra is equally thrilled to share her passion for sewing & textiles with earthbound students of all ages & abilities!

All experience levels are welcome - whether you are a seasoned pro, or just starting out - you will walk away with tips and techniques to improve your sewing skills or inspire you to learn and sew more! During class you’ll make a Technique Book to use as a reference guide every time you walk into your sewing studio & turn on your machine to sew your next project.

Refund Policy
- Customers can cancel up to 6 business days before the class and receive store credit.
- If a customer cancels within 6 business days of the class, the customer forfeits the cost of the class, unless a replacement fills the spot, in which case store credit will be given.
- No refunds or store credit will be given after a class has begun.
No cash refunds.
To be fair to our instructors and other customers we cannot provide make-up classes for missed sessions.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
