In this class, you will learn to create four indulgent chocolate masterpieces: smooth and creamy Pot de Crème, gooey Molten Chocolate Cake, Grand Marnier Truffles, and conclude with a mug of rich, scratch-made Hot Chocolate. You'll master essential techniques, understand the differences between these desserts, learn their cooking methods, and explore their primary ingredients. You'll practice making ganache, tempering eggs, and baking in a bain-marie. Additionally, you'll learn how to check for doneness and discover dairy-free alternatives to create deliciously creamy desserts.

You will receive a detailed list of ingredients and materials needed as well as the recipes and prep instructions when you register. There is no special equipment required. We teach the art of substitution.
