Braising is one of the most useful techniques you can master to create flavorful, hearty and balanced dishes to fill you up on weekday nights, meal prep in advance or make ahead the main course of a dinner party.
This class will cover the basics of vegetarian braising from choosing plant-based proteins, building and complementing flavors, searing, deglazing, simmering to tender perfection, and utilizing cooking vessels.

Miso & Ginger Braised Tofu [or Cod] with Shiitake and Baby Bok Choy
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
