Hands down the best learning experience I've ever had! I came into the class with no Premiere experience and after just the fundamentals class, I can confidently open the program and am able to edit video and audio successfully. What made the class so efficient and productive was the instructor, McKinley Marshall; by far THE BEST instructor I have ever had the pleasure to learn from. She not only wrote the course outline herself, but she was SO efficient that she was able to deliver exactly what was promised without sacrificing every single student's grasp of every concept and understanding. McKinley implemented the perfect amount of lecture, activity, and engaging question & answers every day. She made sure to reference the basics so that, not only, were we all able to remember them to complete the current project, but to burn them into our brain so that we're able to accomplish our projects as efficiently as possible. I am incredibly grateful for the experience!!

The instructor was extremely enthusiastic and knows his stuff! One suggestion I would make is to take 15-30 minutes at the beginning of the first day and have everyone introduce themselves, what they are working on, what they hope to gain from the class and gauge their experience level with Adobe CC. In this simple way, you could add value to the course by providing networking opportunities to your students. The speed of the class was a little much for me (and others, but observation). We changed topics really quickly and it was easy to get lost. Kristian was happy to reverse and review whenever one of us asked. Deep into the afternoon, after lunch, this was more of an issue. I'd also suggest adding in 3 min stretch breaks between new/big topics as transitions. This would allow your students to rest and refocus on all the new material. Kristian is a wealth of information - more than just Adobe Premiere - which was very helpful. I recommend this class if you are ready for full immersion in Premiere, but for me anyway, I need more practice to really become proficient.
