For the Love of Chocolate

Created for the ultimate appreciators of chocolate, this decadent class is not for the faint-hearted! Don your Willy Wonka hats and satisfy your sweet tooth to your heart's desire by learning the art of chocolate making! 

In this fun and hands-on class, you’ll learn tips and techniques for making decadent chocolate truffles with two different fillings! We begin demystifying the chocolate making process by guiding you step-by-step through melting and tempering chocolate, ganache making, filling and molding and how to store chocolate. 

You will then finish your chocolate making journey by creating your own mouthwatering chocolate truffles. Learn the process of rolling and hand-dipping, before filling your truffles with delicious Strawberry Balsamic & White Chocolate ganache and Salted Caramel Peanut filling. 

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 3-4. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. We use ingredients that are easy to find at local markets and equipment available in every home kitchen!
