There are spectacular meat-free dishes is almost all cultures around the world, and Chef Nishi Lal will introduce you to some of her favorites in this occasional series. In this class she will be taking us to China, Japan and Korea.

I just started a plant-based diet without oil & sugar. Are you making recipes that fit into this plan?

Hi there! Unfortunately, this class will not fit with your dietary restrictions. The recipes, although low in sugar and oil, do contain both ingredients because sugar and oil are components of the condiments from the region. For example, coconut milk, peanut butter, and hoisin sauce. As of right now, they don't have any upcoming classes that would be suitable. Thanks!
