Who says you can't cook pizza on the grill? Learn tips and tricks in this hands-on class to get that delicious, wood-fired flavor in your own backyard!
Menu:
- Chopped Salad with Grilled Radicchio, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Blue Cheese and Lemon Vinaigrette
- Whole Wheat Pizza with Seasonal Stone Fruit, Basil and Goat Cheese
- Herb-Crusted Pizza with Grilled Fennel, Artichokes and Prosciutto
- Deep Dish Pizza with Mushrooms and Roasted Peppers

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio and are therefore subject to weather cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, all participants will be contacted by phone and email no later than 8pm the day before the class (for morning classes) and 2pm (for evening classes) on the day of the class.

- Also note that by purchasing seats for classes at The Chopping Block you are authorizing CourseHorse to charge your card if you order additional drinks and do not pay for them at the time of the class.
Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
