Weekend Workshops - Receptivity Is Needed to Be Present

Whether you're totally new to Breema, an experienced student, or currently considering becoming a Breema Practitioner, the weekend workshop is a perfect opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and feelings with Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Breema's  practical philosophy.

In four unique, 3-hour workshops, we will introduce Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony, with a particular emphasis on the principle of No Hurry/ No Pause. When we hurry or pause, out of we lose vitality and become tense. By working with this Principle, we discover that it’s possible to become present. Instead of depleting our energy by constantly worrying about the the past and future, we become available for what is in front of us in each moment.
