This 1-hour module (+ Q&A) offers an immersive exploration of Leather notes — Animal, Vegetal, and Synthetics — through Pierre Bénard Ségu's Systematic of Scents (facets, key profiles, accords, emblematic fragrances). Participants will deepen their olfactory culture, discover the aromatic connections between animal, vegetal, and synthetic leather notes, and create a simple take-home accord.

Led by a French-trained perfumer, this hands-on workshop explores the art and structure of perfumery's essential accords through guided smelling, analysis, and formulation exercises. Participants will deepen their understanding of fragrance materials and accord construction w

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

We offer to reschedule as needed 3 business days prior. There are no refunds, as we prepare ingredients and class materials beforehand.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
