Ballet (Intermediate)
This is the most advanced level, building on all the material covered in the previous levels. It includes all material from the Advanced Beginner level as well as additional challenging combinations.

Description
What you'll learn in this ballet class:
Focus on Ballet terminology, and correct body placement to improve posture, flexibility, range of motion, coordination, and rhythm in a fun, non-intimidating, positive environment. Be inspired and challenged to reach your full potential. Take the first step to fulfilling your dance dreams and goals today.
Previous Ballet experience recommended but not required.
Use ballet slippers, and dance/athletic wear to see the body. Hair pulled back and out of the face.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
- 2 business days needed to cancel for Private Lessons.
- 1 business day needed to cancel for Group Class.
Full refund less 5% cancellation fee given within timeframe.
Emergency, and illness will be refunded regardless.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This was a really fun class with Anna. The routine includes a variety of Ballet exercises, both slow and quick tempo which are great for students who have previous experience in Ballet. Anna also provides feedback and encouragement throughout the class making it enjoyable to participate. I took this class as an opportunity to see if I’d like to join a longer Ballet class and this sealed the deal for me!

I’ve recently returned to nyc, and looking for an adult class. Anna Griffin has the wonderful ability to engage dancers of all levels. She is warm, helpful and clearly loves teaching.

I took some ballet classes when I was in college and was looking for a beginner class for adults. The class wasn't too difficult but it wasn't too easy either. I liked that the instructor kept on repeating the basic terms and clarifying different positions. I would take this class again!

I loved that the class was not too big and I was able to get individual attention. It was geared towards beginners but not too basic, simple choreography and movements were mixed in. 90mins flew by fast! Recommend this class!
