Chef Mark has conducted dozens of teacher trainings around the world, including one for Whole Foods cooking demo staff.
In this 2 ½ hour zoom presentation, which includes a comprehensive 20 page teacher training manual, you will have the chance to have all of your questions answered as you watch Chef Mark conduct and deconstruct a successful cooking demonstration. From creating a menu and shopping list, to fielding questions and staying centered and organized in front of others, this course will give you the confidence and skills you need to start crushing your cooking demos.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
