Learn to prepare a luxurious four-course pescatarian meal, featuring dishes like risotto, seared scallops, and decadent chocolate pot de crème. With expert tips on sourcing ingredients and mastering techniques, you’ll turn your dining room into a fine dining experience to remember.
Learn to prepare a delicious, authentic Spanish paella and several tapas! During this in person class Chef Daniel will guide you step by step in cooking these staples of Spanish cuisine. He is passionate about teaching fundamentals – and once you learn the basics, the dishes are surprisingly easy to make. We will also create a refreshing salad, full of the flavors of the Mediterranean, that perfectly complements the paella.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
