Class was very informative, I feel a lot more comfortable with Avid after. I do wish it was a bit longer as it’s a lot of info to squeeze into 16 hours. But definitely a solid base of info to build from, would recommend. -

This place is great. If you are a full time employee you might qualify for government grants. Ask about etp. Nights and weekend classes are very worthwhile. -

Excellent facility but Jim Turner, Whitney Dunn, and the other instructors here are what really make this place so great. Students learn from working professionals dedicated to passing on both skills and extensive real-world work experience. It's such a supportive and learning-intensive environment. Can't say enough good about this school. -
Introduction to DaVinci Resolve
Took a DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects class there. Bloody amazing. Great instructor. Friendly staff. This is a small operation that packs a big punch. I do recommend arriving early as parking spaces are limited and street parking in Hollywood can be difficult. -
Avid Assistant Editing Essentials
Moviola IS as good as it gets! I took the AVID Editing Essentials and am currently taking Introduction to Adobe Premiere Pro and I must say that each class has been great! The staff was nice and courteous and the instructors REALLY knew what they were talking about! Taking classes here will help my career as an editor. Thanks Moviola! -
Avid Assistant Editing Essentials
What better place to learn editing then at the very start of editing history in the Motion Picture Industry which is Moviola. The staff was great! Really on the cutting edge of the industry. The small classes unlike most schools give you the attention you need too. I get put off asking questions sometimes but all the instructors really welcomed all questions. Loved every class I took there. Very capable and very experienced instructors. The students many of which were pros out on the field were great to network with. I got more than the skills but the know how of the in and out of the editing industry from the students that go there. I did not get that in college where everyone else were just students that never had worked an editing job before like me.. I HIGHLY recommend Moviola for post production training. -
Premiere Pro for Avid/FCP Editors
Jason Rose is a fantastic instructor. He is equally and well versed in avid, fcp and premiere pro. Unfortunately for me, most of the class was comprised of avid editors who comprehended his keyboard shortcuts more rapidly than I, but that wasn't his fault because he was thorough and repetitive to insure everyone understood. -
