Unleash your child's creativity with hands-on clay exploration! Our workshop at Blue Barn City Farm offers a dynamic environment where kids aged 6-12 can experiment, shape, and mold without prior experience needed. Emphasizing process over product, they'll refine fine motor skills while expressing their imagination freely.
Kids are free to cut, weigh, smoosh, whack, pinch, spin, mold, smooth, explore and build things using clay. There is no prior experience necessary for your child to participate in this workshop. They will be given space to encourage shapes in clay while enhancing their fine motor skills and expressing their unique ideas.
This class focuses on process over product. Sometimes children choose to engage with clay primarily for sensory feedback. In these instances, instructors will decide alongside with the student, which parts of their work, if any, will go forward to the kiln.

Adult accompaniment is not required.
No refunds. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class will have the option to reschedule to any of the available class dates.
