What you'll learn in this vegetarian cooking class:

Join Chef Daniel to learn how to cook a hearty vegetarian meal full of the flavors from the south of Europe. You will make and then enjoy two dishes: an unusual vegetable and bean soup from Provence, topped with a tomato based pesto, and moussaka, a typical Greek dish taught and presented here with a complete vegetarian twist.

In addition Chef Daniel will prepare a delicious vegetarian appetizer. The class will end on a sweet note with a dessert made in advance by Chef Daniel for your enjoyment.

Guests are welcome to BYOB and enjoy during class and dinner.
