What you'll learn in this drink making class:
You love Champagne and you love your Cava and Prosecco, so we’ve made a stunning hands-on class for you that brings together the festivities of sparkling wine combined with fresh and seasonal cocktails.
Join spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, as he discusses the world of sparkling wine and how it all began hundreds of years ago, and then dive into our bar to prepare seasonal and festive classic bubbly cocktails.

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
