Hands-On Chinese Cooking Class: Learn to Make Takeout Favorites at Home

In this session, you'll develop fundamental kitchen skills while creating a selection of authentic Chinese recipes. Choose between making traditional pot stickers with tangy ponzu sauce or crispy egg rolls, then prepare a customizable fried rice dish with your preferred protein. To round out the meal, you’ll also learn to steam broccoli to perfection.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
