Mon Dieu! That's great cheese! The French have a reputation as the best cheesemakers in the world. Join us for an afternoon of tasting some remarkable examples of their craft. We will sample some classics French cheeses that encompass a variety of textures, styles and milks- but other pungent treasures await you as well!
You can't enjoy cheese without wine which is why we will be pouring a sample of one French white and red during class.

Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
