What you'll learn in this pie class:
We'll teach you the tricks to make incredibly delicious pies, plus tips on making the perfect crust in this hands-on class. You’re welcome to taste the pies in class, or pack them up and bring them home.
Menu:
- Individual Summer Berry Pies with Pecan Streusel
- Raspberry-Nectarine Hand Pies
- Individual Lemon Meringue Pies
Skills covered in class:
- Making and rolling out pie dough
- Selecting fruit
- Making fruit fillings
- Preparing streusel topping
- Using cornstarch and flour as thickeners
- Making curd
- Whipping egg whites
In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
