Kids aged 12 to 16 are invited to a five-day baking and pastry camp where they'll master approachable yet sophisticated desserts. From classic pies and tarts to innovative French pastry techniques, each day unfolds new skills in measuring, organization, and creativity. Working in teams, students will learn to craft everything from frosted strawberry jam hand pies to chocolate cupcakes with gooey ganache centers, enhancing their baking prowess and presentation skills.

Join us for a delightful class where you'll learn to create a spread of delicious baked goods, including Chocolate Scones and Cinnamon Rolls. Gain the skills to impress your friends at your own Afternoon Tea Party! No experience is necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and enjoy a fun-filled cooking experience.
Escape the cold weather, settle in with a warm cup of tea (or coffee) and bake up your very own Afternoon Tea Party in this memorable class! Once you've mastered these classics, invite your friends over for an afternoon at your place where you can be the pastry chef!
In this fun-filled interactive class, you will learn the basics of creating an impressive spread of baked goods! Our experienced Pastry Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step through the technical processes of balancing ingredients, dough making, proofing and baking. You will be creating some renowned Afternoon Tea classics including Chocolate Scones and Cinnamon Rolls. Once you have created your restaurant worthy Afternoon Tea spread, share in the fruits of your labor with your newfound foodie friends!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Jaime's apartment. Jaime shares her home with 2 dogs. Though they will be in another room to themselves throughout the class, this class is not suitable to those allergic or afraid of dogs. Coffee and an assortment of teas will be provided for your enjoyment.
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
