What you'll learn in this barre class:

Each of our Barre classes draws movements from Ballet, Pilates, Strength Training, and Hatha Yoga to create an energizing, full-body workout that will leave you feeling revitalized and satisfied. The barre assists with balance work and stretching, while weights and core-strengthening props add intensity

Important Things to Note:
  • Please remove your shoes before you enter each studio space.
  • Please no cell phones in the studios.
  • Drink plenty of water. Being hydrated is fundamental to enjoying your classes.
  • Please help yourself to complimentary coffee or tea in the reception area.
  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
