What you'll learn in this metal working class:

Join us at the fabulous Tinsel Trading in Berkeley and create a spring themed embroidery using vintage metalwork threads. 

Learn basic metalwork techniques such as couching, chipwork, cutwork, and how to apply sequins, as well as embroidery stitches such as backstitch, stem stitch, and French knots. You will have the option to turn your creation into a card, a brooch, or a small ornament. Choice of designs include flowers, butterflies, chicks, bunnies or come with your own design ideas and we will help you bring them to life. 

All materials for the project will be supplied, plus Tinsel Trading’s shop will be open in case you want to purchase extra goodies for future projects!

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop will take place at Tinsel Trading in Berkeley

If we need to cancel: You are entitled to either a full refund (no processing fee), or your tuition can be used for a future class of equal value within a year of the cancelled class.
