After graduating from Bardolino Culinary School in Italy, I owned and operated La Cucina di Cesare and Restaurant Café 500 in Amsterdam for 20 years. My career also spans executive roles across the USA, including California and North Carolina, and New York, and now I’m sharing authentic Italian flavors through live, interactive cooking classes right from my studio in Verona.
