There are some excellent deals in real estate. Consumer advocate Rick Nathan will teach you how to get great deals, the pros, and cons of foreclosures, short sales, renting with an option to buy, owner financing, and buying with no money down. He will show you how to buy investment property, primary homes, multi-family homes, and vacation homes.
After this class, you will know how to research property at the tax assessor’s office, the county clerk’s office and various other methods to use to research a property including using websites. Also, to be discussed is how to sell your home with or without a realtor.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

If you give a withdrawal notice by telephone or otherwise withdraw without written notification, you will not receive a refund.
The school reserves the right to cancel any course or modify the schedule. This can also include cancellation at the first class meeting. In the event of such a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
