In this class series, you will learn how the voice and body work together to create natural, vibrant resonance. Through gentle movement, awareness practices, and supported breathing, you will discover how balance and coordination can reduce strain and make vocal production feel easier. The series includes SOVT exercises and other restorative vocal tools designed to release tension, improve tone quality, and support healthy speaking or singing habits. Each session guides you through mindful movement and vocal exploration to help you develop greater ease, stability, and clarity in your voice.
