Feeling festive? Join Chef JJ to make Fluffy Japanese Milk Bread for the Holidays! This soft and delicious brioche-like dough is a breeze to work with, and in this very special two-part workshop, you’ll learn the magic of layering, braiding and twisting it to create a spectacularly beautiful loaf.
This class is taking place online, via Zoom. You'll receive an email with the link to join in, along with the recipe, ingredients and equipment list, at least 48 hours in advance of class.
Duration: Session 1: 30 mins, Session 2: 1 hour

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Classes are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer into a different class, provided you give us at least 3 business days notice.
We record all classes, so if you do wind up missing a scheduled session, we will be sure to get you the video and recipe.
Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, based on enrollment levels or conflicts that arise for our instructors. If your class is impacted, we will be in touch right away to provide you with a refund or a transfer into a different class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
