In Meet Me Under the Mistletoe, we’ll create a wreath filled with simplified hellebores, holly, mistletoe, berries and wintery leaves. I’ll break the drawing down into simple shapes and walk you through it one little piece at a time.
This class is designed for beginners, so you absolutely do not need to know how to draw before you arrive. If you’re already comfortable drawing, you’ll have plenty of room to add your own details and make the wreath your own.
You don’t need fancy art supplies either. Just bring some paper or a sketchbook, a pencil and eraser, and a fine-line black pen.
By the end of class, you’ll have your own hand-drawn holiday botanical wreath that you can use as inspiration for holiday cards, gift tags, artwork or simply enjoy as a drawing in your sketchbook.
Most importantly, this is a chance to slow down for a little while, make something with your hands and enjoy drawing together.
So grab something warm to drink, pull up a chair and meet me under the mistletoe.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
