Prioritize fluidity and strength as you transition from mastering basic techniques to conquering more challenging maneuvers. This course focuses on creating fluid pole dance movements at the base, covering body waves, leg traces, floor work, pirouettes, threads, and isolations to refine flow techniques. Ideal for those mastering graceful choreography.
This is a choreo class focusing on creating fluid movement patterns at the base of the pole. We'll learn and/or refine all the fundamentals of flow, such as body waves, leg traces, floor work, pirouettes, threads and isolations.
Once you have registered for a class or series, we do not issue a refund. If necessary, you may transfer your class to a friend or relative.
If you cancel or change your class prior to 6 hours before the class starts, your class credit will go back into your account for you to use another time. If you cancel within 6 hours before class starts, you will lose the class credit.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
