What you'll learn in this first aid class:
American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
This course provides training in basic First Aid procedures including skills recommended by OSHA. Topics include responder safety, first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies and environmental emergencies.
This course provides skills training to render aid to an adult victim in the first few critical minutes before Emergency Medical Responders arrive. Course fee includes American Heart Association instructional booklet, certification card and all course instructional materials.
Heartsaver CPR and AED
12:30 - 4:30 pm
This course from the American Heart Association teaches the basic technique of adult, child and infant CPR and the use of the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator). Students also learn to use barrier devices in CPR and provide rapid and effective care for the choking in a responsive adult, child or infant victim.
The course meets the requirements for many professionals and other members of the public interested in learning life saving skills. School district employees, teachers, family members of patients at high risk sudden cardiac death, corporate employees, security guards, and airline personnel will find this course especially valuable.This Heartsaver CPR and AED course from the American Heart Association teaches the basic technique of adult, child and infant CPR and the use of the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator).

Refund Policy
Class Withdrawal
- If you request to withdraw from a class and the request is received by us 4 business days prior to class start date, a credit voucher valid for three(3) years will be granted, less a $20 processing fee.
Special policy for excursions and special events:
- Refund requests for excursions and special events must be received no later than 11 full business days before the scheduled excursion or event.

Cancellation
If the College cancels a class for any reason, those pre-registered will be notified by phone and email and payment will be refunded. The school also reserve the right to substitute instructors or reschedule class times if necessary.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Manhattan Beach Blvd Modules is located on the northeast corner of campus by Crenshaw Blvd. and Manhattan Beach Blvd. Take the 405 (San Diego Freeway) south to the Redondo Beach Boulevard exit, make a left off the exit onto Redondo Beach Boulevard. The college is on the northwest corner of Redondo Beach and Crenshaw Boulevards (approximately 1.5 miles) Parking is $2 per day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can buy a daily parking permit from a kiosk at the parking lot. Parking for students is available in Lots D (along soccer field side), F, L, K. Please adhere to posted signs in each parking lot.
